Surely you jest! You want to get your pictures out of it for FREE?!!
How silly when we can:
"Creating Your Sprint PCS® Picture MailPassword
The first time you use any of the picture management options
involving the Sprint PCS Picture Mail Web site, you will need to
establish a Sprint PCS Picture Mail password through your
phone. This password will also allow you to sign in to the
Sprint PCS Picture Mail Web site atwww.sprint.com/picturemail
to access and manage your uploaded pictures and albums.
To create your Sprint PCS Picture Mail password:
1. Select > Pictures > Online Albums > View Albums.
(You will be prompted to create a Sprint PCS Picture Mail
password.)
Note:If your Sprint PCS service plan does not include Sprint PCS Picture
Mail, you will first be prompted to subscribe to the service for an
additional
monthly charge.
2. Enter a four- to eight-digit password and press . (You
will be prompted to confirm your password.)
3. Please wait while the system creates your account.
Tip: Write down your Sprint PCS Picture Mail password in a secure place.
Once you have received confirmation that your account has
been successfully registered, you may upload and share
pictures and access the Sprint PCS Picture Mail Web site."
I got that out of page 149 of the PDF file on:

0921.pdf
There is no reference of connecting camera to USB port....for good
reason, eh?
WalMart has better cameras you just plug into the computer to recharge
and automatically copy the pictures to the computer for printing, without
the monthly subscription fee ripoff, for about $40. Get one and send me
the money I saved you. Thanks.....

Thanks For The Update, That's Sad To Hear (Damn You Sprint!)
I Think I'll Donate The Money I'll Save, But Giving It To You Was The Second Option...
Thanks.

Have you asked Sprint?
Larry has never been a Sprint customer, so he's not exactly
authoritative on the subject of Picturemail.
If you don't feel like asking Sprint, Sprint customers post quite
often over in alt.cellular.sprintpcs.

Geez, Steve, you don't have to be a Sprint customer to read the Sprint
user's manual....where I got the information from. No mention of a USB or
memory card port usually means it ain't gonna happen....and we all know
why....so "they" can make more money off hobbled phones.
Is that a mystery, somehow?....

No, and it's good that you went to the manual instead of guessing. I
just recall that they had a number of different plans when I was a
customer, and some of them included messaging and some didn't.
The Sprint manuals will give you good general information, but for the
correct information about *your* situation (if you're a customer), it's best
to ask someone who works for Sprint.
The fact that the post carried your usual "everyone's out to screw us"
tone didn't help. Sprint has their own problems, but at least they're
more reasonable with most of their data policies than Verizon.

Hey, it's the American way! Sprint isn't going to let him hook his
computer to his phone without paying THEM. So simple....so stupid.
That's why they put the cameras in the phone in the first place.....to
increase revenue.
