Which provider (a) allows Symbian,

and gives the best deal on minutes of free local calling, and/or free
incoming calls, or ideally both (free incoming local calls)?

Why do I ask? Jajah offers free calls but they do it by connecting
your call thru the internet and then connecting your phone to the call
FOR THE LAST MILE by calling you thru your phone service provider with
a local call.

So I am trying to determine what is the best way to take advantage of
this.

There should also be internet access thru the cellphone, so I can
connect directly with Jajah that way from the cell phone (usuing Java
applet or, preferably, a Symbian app). Otherwise I have to use a
computer & browser & go to www.jajah.com and place the call there so
that my cell phone would ring.
