America is gearing up for:

because it has adopted a digital TV system that will NOT operate in a
moving environment. On ATSC DTV, even a mile from the station, you cannot
get it to lock onto the signal and produce a digital picture...like you
could the old analog system, NTSC.

Coincidence? I think NOT.
