Yes, but it varies widely from manufacturer to manufacturer, even unit to
unit. It's a hidden-away number the dealer has to wipe out user memory.

Returning cellphone
I purchased and activated a prepaid cellphone, but there are several
problems and I'm going to return it. Is there an easy way to reset
everything and wipe out my info, phone number, minutes, etc?

I just got a new Moto E815 from Alltel this morning, myself. On the E815
it's in plain sight at SETTINGS then INITIAL SETUP then MASTER RESET or
MASTER CLEAR (the one you're looking for). MASTER CLEAR should erase it
all and return it to factory settings....or at least carrier settings.
I made some MP3 sound effects I had on the computer my own ringtones.
Alltel hasn't hobbled up the MP3 or pictures like Verizon has. My ringer
for a call is a HUGE, LOUD swinging church bell monster!.....way cool.
