Unlocking Cingular-Branded C139's with a Smart-Clip???

Phone is Cingular wireless "To Go," Motorola C139 S/W V1.0.24.

The box that was used is Smart-Clip by GSMserver.

Before connecting, there is a red light labeled PWR and a green light
labeled E/G. After connecting and tapping the unlock button, The E/G
light turns red.
The power button on the phone was tapped as quickly as possible, but
still nothing indicated the phone has become unlocked. No flashing
lights whatsoever.

When I place a Tmobile Sim card in the phone, it asks for a subsidy
code... and it is not 00000000 as someone else said to try.
