You watch too many Star Trek shows.
I'd hate to be the one constantly apologizing to people for calling them by accident.
- You know, Frankie, I'm getting tired of that neighbor's dog barking so much.
-- Maybe you could tell the neighbor that someone threatened to "call the police".
(ring, ring)... 9-1-1, what's your emergency?

That's silly.

My VoiceSignal-equipped phones (a Sprint Samsung SPHA660, a Sprint Samsung
SPHA620 and my current T-Mobile Motorola U6 PEBL) only respond to a handful
of commands: Name dial (dial out of the phonebook), Digit dial (dial by saying
the digits of the phone number), and a few others. At least with the VS
software, I don't see your scenario happening very often, if at all.

But with VS, I have to open the flip or press a button on the phone or
headset (depending on which phone it is and how I have it configured).
I'd like to... not have to do that.
