Truly hands-free voice-activated cell phones

is anyone aware of any cell phones in the market that offers true
hands-free voice-activated usage? I'm not talking the type where you
have to reach up to the earpiece to toggle the voice functions (i.e.
Bluetooth, etc.) or snap something on the cable. I'm looking for one
that constantly monitors your voice for a trigger word or some such
idea.

Thanks,

My guess is that idea is just too processor intensive at this time.
Right now the phones can "stop what they're doing" and devote any
necessary resources into parsing your speech when a button is pressed.
Constantly processing every sound they pick up waiting for a trigger
phrase would likely bring all other functions to a crawl, and perhaps
beheck on the battery life.

It might be a neat idea for a special interest product, though; i.e. a
model with few other features designed for, perhaps, the disabled.
