I recently got a Nokia 6133 that does voice recording.

Figuring I would be able to record a lot, I put a 1-gig micro SD
card in it.

Beeeeg surprise: unless I'm missing something, it still only
records a minute per recording session.

Unless somebody chimes in with a way to tell it to record to the
SD card, I'd say that the Nokia 6133 is *not* one of the phones
you want to look at.

If you need a recorder, buy a recorder.
