Iphone clone CECT P168

hi i just find out about this new phone that looks like the
iphone but the call it CECT P168. does anybody know anything specific
about it beside that is a tri-band and support java2.0
i would like to know who made it so i can get the software to Mod the
Icon or other application that are inside the phone.

any help please i have one and works fine but when i insert the sim
card the phone start to search for signal but no luck , i get "no
service" ???
BTW i search the web with out any luck , before somebody said it .
