PLEASE HELP - Sagem MY C5 2

Hello everybody,
I am really desperate. I own an old sagem my c5-2 (vodafone branded).
Yesterday it fell down and the display.. ouch.. gone.
The phone otherwise is still working: receives callings etc, but I am
completely blindfolded.... Obviously I had a 16 kb sim so thath all the
fundamental contacts of the phonebook are still IN THE PHONE.

I have now bought a sim to copy all the contacts from the phone bu I am
completely blindfolded and the manual doesn't help...
I'm searching for a very kind person who could guide me step-by-step
through this process, i.e.:

1) press center button
2) arrow down 3 times
3) up left button
etcetcetc

Please.. help me!
