Please help me find a new cellular device

OK, here's what I want. I need a device that allows me wireless
email, internet, and games. Specifically:

It has to give me full access and use of my current email address.
It has to give me a fully functional Web browser, and Web access..
It has to have full support for text messaging (Skype and AIM).
Monthly fees shouldn't break my wallet - I'm willing to pay up to USD
$300 for the device itself, and USD$75/month for the Internet
connection.

Also, I am hearing impaired, so it doesn't matter if the device
totally stinks at voice communication - I won't be using that, so who
cares.

So...any suggestions? Testimonies? Dire warnings?
