Need a New Cell Phone

I have only 3 requirements for a cell phone. I have had NO LUCK with
Verizon on meeting those requirements. Here are my requirements:

1. Make and receive calls.
2. Be a flip-phone design.
3. Allow me to load use MP3s WAV files as ringtones on the phone.

I have tried the Verizon V710 and the Verizon LG 8350. Neither of them
will allow me to create and use my own ringtones. I even tried the
BitPim route with the LG 8350 but it will not work with the 8350 (or
so it appears as I get a continual exception error).

So if ANYONE out there knows of a phone and carrier that meet my
requirements, please let me know. I am willing to pay Verizon $150 to
terminate my contract.
