A friend of mine told me to email her since she does not have her
cellphone working at the moment and does not have a landline.
She said her email address is her full name (first and last with no
spaces), at cocks.net. That's easy enough to remember so I did not
write it down, even though I got a little snicker out of the "cocks"
    address.

I have sent her several emails and all have been returned. I know the
correct *****ing for her name (it's an easy name). I tried
(name)@cocks.net and (name)@cocks.com. Just in case it was a .com
even though I know she said .net.

Is there a way to check to see if her email is working properly? It
just tells me that there is no such address, not box full, or
something like that. This is a good friend, not someone who is going
to give me a false address.

How can I check the address, or can I?

    Come on.

Do you really think it was "cocks"?

She probably has Cox Cable, and I bet it was cox.net.

This doesn't have anything to do with cellular and it borders on being a
    (very badly written) troll.

Almost certainly a troll; poster is on aioe.org.
