SE K800i

I purchased a SE K800i on Vodafone PAYT. I got it from a Vodafone
store.

The phone came with no default games and Vodafone Live! wasn't
activated, I called CS and they activated it. However they didn't send
me the default games.

Now the phone keeps turning itself off and freezing every five minutes
and at times for no reason "Gamesloft" loads up and then the screen
goes white and I have to turn the phone off and back on again.

What should I do?
