1. Open a Video file
From the main toolbar, press the Open Video File button, or you may
select File-> Open File from the main menu.

You will now be asked to provide the location of your Video files you
wish to encode.
Press Open, when you are happy with your selection.
TIP: You can hold down the shift button whilst making your selection,
to open multiple video files.
iPhone Video Converter will now populate the program window with the
details of the video files you have chosen.
You should have something similar to the image shown below.

2. Configure Video and Settings
Select the Video and Audio Codec you wish to encode your video file
with, by using the property settings pane on the right hand side
of the main program window, Or you can choose one of the profiles, by
selecting one from the Profile pulldown list.
3. Choose Where Your Video File Should Be Stored On Your Hard Drive.
Under the General Settings section in the property settings pane, you
will see the Output Directory. This defaults to C:\
It is advisable to use Windows Explorer to create a new folder to store
your video files in, for example C:\My Video Files
Once you have done this in Windows Explorer, click into the Output
Directory setting and a button with 3 dots, should appear at the end of
the field.
4. Change the Filename if required.
You may edit these names, simply by clicking the field and changing the
name to something more meaningful, such as My Family Movie or whatever
you seem appropiate.
5. Ready to Convert
OK, we are ready to go.
Press the Start Conversion button to begin the process -
The encoding process and will report the progress on the current
process

You may abort the encoding process at any time, by pressing the Cancel
button, this will stop the encoding process, but any files already
encoded will remain.
GETTING YOUR VIDEO FILES ONTO YOUR IPHONE
As you are probably aware, you cannot just copy MP3 and MP4 files to
your iPhone using the logical drive letter of the iPhone under Windows.
You must use Apple iTunes, which is freely available from the website
'Apple - iPod + iTunes' (
http://www.apple.com/itunes/)
Once you have downloaded and installed Apple iTunes you may start the
procedure below to get your Video or Audio files onto your iPhone.
If you have iTunes Integration enabled, then you may skip the section,
where you copy the files from Windows Explorer into the iTunes Library
as this will have already been done for you.

1. Start Apple iTunes
After a few seconds, iTunes should automatically detect your iPhone and
show it on the left hand side under the Source list heading. In the
example below, the iPhone
has been detected and it has a name of 'iPhone'

2. Copying your iPhone video files to your iPhone using iTunes
The iPhone can only operate in an automatic sync mode, you must ensure
the following options are turned on in iTunes (circled in Green)
