NOKIA - RELIABLE COMPANY

DO YOU THINK NOKIA IS A PRESTIGIOUS COMPANY?

I CAN ONLY SAY: CAUTION IF YOU HAVE TO BUY A CELL PHONE YOU BETTER
MAKE SURE THAT IT IS NOT A NOKIA MOBILE.

NOKIA IS NOT THE A RELIABLE COMPANY.

NOKIA TREATS THEIR OWN CLIENTS, THAT STILL HAVE PROBLEMS WITH PRODUCTS
PURCHASED AS ENEMIES TO PROSTRATE. STRATEGICALLY NOKIA WANTS TO HEAR
THE CLIENTS EXCLAIM: ENOUGH! NOW, I SHOULD PURCHASE A NEW CELL PHONE.

THE “NOKIA CARE” IS THERE ONLY TO SELL THEIR PRODUCTS AND SHOULD BE
RENAMED" NOKIA DO NOT CARE "

BEWARE, WHAT HAPPENED ME , AND STILL HAPPENING ME, CAN HAPPEN TOMORROW
TO YOU.

NOKIA IN MY CASE HAS DONE A CONDUCT IN ALL ITS DEVICE TO VERY LOW
LEVEL. NOKIA DID NOT CARED ABOUT PRESTIGE THAT ALSO A SINGLE CUSTOMER
CAN GIVE TO A COMPANY.

NOKIA, HAS TAKEN ME AWAY SOME HUNDREDS EUROS WITH THE SALE OF A
"SMARTPHONE" THAT REVEALED TO BE A SCRAP. INSTEAD OF TAKING CARE OF
THIS SCRAP NOKIA PREFERS TRY TO SELL OTHERS SCRAP!

STOP IT IS ENOUGH, NOKIA NEVER AGAIN!

PLEASE, AT LEAST YOU STAY AWAY FROM NOKIA.

My, my....are we talking about a phone you bought from your sellphone
carrier....or a piece of broken crap off Ebay you think Nokia should fix
for you?

Nokia doesn't deal with sellphone customers, directly, just like all the
other sellphone manufacturers. I'm surprised you got any response.

Take the phone back to the DEALER or CARRIER you bought it from. THEY are
responsible, in the chain of business, to you....not Nokia.

Case in point. Do you call Fiat when your Fiat fails, or do you call the
dealer you bought it from to fix in his shop? I bet Fiat, or Mercedes-
Benz, or Lamborghini all tell you to take the broken car back to the DEALER
for repairs. Fiat doesn't fix consumer cars for the same reason Nokia
doesn't fix consumer phones. They have a DEALER network for that function.

......all sellphone companies are run just like that....

PS - My Philips TV, portable video disk player and Norelco shaver aren't
fixed by Philips, either!....same idea.

Utter and complete bull****.

I've emailed Nokia before, asking questions about my phone, and they have
answered in 1-2 days.

I've also had the displeasure of dealing with Motorola's repair department
before. It's an experience I'm pleased to say I won't be having again.

Depends. I didn't bother with my carrier when getting my Moto phone fixed.

Different business models.

I've been using Nokia phones for nearly two decades. Nokia certainly does
deal with end-users, and repairs consumer's phones, regardles of how the
consumer sourced them. I've had several repaired, replaced and even
rejected ("water damage") by Nokia repair centers!

Outside of the USA, Nokia has retail stores, and sells directly to
consumers (as well as through carriers and dealers.)

And, as the OP suggests, Nokia ducks repairing in-warranty products
when/wherever possible just like any other company! ;-)

No, they're not all American CDMA carriers, Larry!>

There is at least one Nokia retail store in the US, in New York, although
like all the other handset manufacturers, Nokia sells primarily through the
wireless carriers.

They were going to open three in the USA, IIRC- NY, Chicago and one in
California , I believe. While they do sell phones, I think the main goal
is brand recognition/reinforcement by showcasing the products boutique-style.

Nice snippage.

I love when you go on one of your rants and you're wrong. You're not always
wrong, but it sure is fun to point out when you are. I gave you two examples
of going directly to the manufacturer for help. How many others do you want?

I think Todd gave you some more examples, no?

Yes, for Nokia. And for brevity/topicality I left out similar examples of
dealings with Motorola and Sony/Ericcson.

Here are the Nokia stores where I live now:

http://www.nokia.com.hk/A4701001

I'm actually about a 10 minute walk from the Causeway Bay "Flagship
Store". Lots of Nokia phones on display, with Nokia salespeople to
sell you something.

Also, here are the Nokia Care Service Centre locations:

http://www.nokia.com.hk/A4700267

The Causeway Bay location is about a 5 minute walk from the "Flagship
Store". This is where you take phones requiring warrantee service,
whether you bought the phone from a Nokia store, from a dealer or from
a carrier. Nokia is responsible for warrantee service no matter where
you bought the phone from.

Not everywhere works the same way as it does in South Carolina, in
fact I suspect the opposite is true, that most places don't work the
same way as South Carolina. The OP posted his message from an Italian
domain, I assume that Italy doesn't work the same as South Carolina
either.

Re: NOKIA - RELIABLE COMPANY

PLEASE NOTE WHAT "NOKIA" REALLY IS:

September 05th, 2008, I purchased a mobile "SMARTPHONE" NOKIA E90

March 31st, 2008, since there was something wrong with my cell phone,
that wouldn't allowed to use it any more, then I entrusted the phone
to Nokia Service Centre;

May 06th, 2008, considering the delay returning back of my mobile, I
formalized an act of notice to Nokia Italia SpA;;

May 20 th, 2008, it returned me back the cell phone but ... with the
same malfunction!;

May 25 th, 2008, I entrusted smartphone, again to Nokia Service
Centre;

May 30 th, 2008, June 02nd, June 04 th, June 06 th … and so on, I
called and called again, sent mail and sent mail again, at Nokia
Professional Service, just to be sure of their concern of the repair
or replacement;

June 10 th, 2008, "Nokia Care" reassured me of having forwarded the
request to replace my cell phone;

June 17 th, 2008, they gave me back my the cell phone, which, besides
not being replaced, incredible but true, it had the exact same
problem!;

June 23rd, 2008, I entrusted my cell phone, for the umpteenth time, to
Nokia Service Centre;

July 17 th, 2008, I received, finally, the first and only call from
Nokia service Centre, says: Mr ... your cell phone was completely
replaced, please come to collect it.

July 18th, 2008 they gave me back my mobile "replaced" and I soon
realized that the body was never replaced! I was very worried about
the rest and I just tried to start it... unbelievable, my cell phone
with ALWAYS THE SAME PROBLEM!

The same day, July 18 th, 2008, I entrusted my mobile immediately
again to the Nokia Service Centre and… who knows !

I THINK THIS FARCE WILL NOT NEVER STOP!

ALL IS DOCUMENTED.

DO YOU THINK NOKIA IS A PRESTIGIOUS COMPANY?

Maybe you should send it to the American technicians at Nokia in Alabama...

Looks like the Italians lack technicians in their shop.....
