introducing * and # in text ?


is it possible to introduce * and # characters in text

Text as in SMS text message? Then the answer is yes, * and # characters
are part of the character set used.

Thanks for the reponse

I was trying to put these characters into memo.

When I press *, it merely changes the text from say abc to ABC. When I
press # it creates a space.

Any thoughts on how I can produce * and #

That depends very much on your phone. Some phones produce the special
characters on multiple presses of the "1" or "0" buttons.
