#2 | | Member | Oh please, this is just a huge lie...no service would do this. I have ampd and my phone works great! I have never had an issue with calling them up for help either. I ask them a question and they take the time to help me no matter what the problem is. You probably got your phone and ended up breaking it after the 15 days and since they wouldn't take it back you got pissed and decided to find ways to bash them because of your own problems. I have worked in cell phones and amongst all the happy customers will come 1 person who likes to claim they had all these problems....it just doesn't even make any sense.
Especially because when a company replaces a broken phone, they aren't even sealed phones, I have only seen people get replacement phones that have already been opened and checked out.
If this did happen to you like you claim it did, you must have some super natural bad luck going on.

#6 | | Member | I do not work for them, I find it sick how people are tearing at this company. This company puts you on the greatest network which is verizon, which is also the most expensive provider for a cheap price. $50 gets you 1000 minutes and unlimited text, how can you beat that? Their only downfall is the lack of phones available.
This company should be huge, if they cant make it, that would be just sad.

#7 | | Newbie | I would start with learning how to spell. Next try working on grammar.
I presume from reading this post that the OP is not intelligent and probably created the trouble by a.) not having a clue and b.) mis communicating what his/her need was.
I have Amp'd (3 lines) and love it! I have talked to Customer Care on two occasions and both times got what I needed, quickly and without incident....witout indent for the benefit of the OP

#8 | | Junior Member | I have had my issues with Amp'd, but one call to Corporate and it was fixed. I did have like 2 people get out of line on me, but once the call got escalated they were put back in their place. They sent me a brand new phone, free of charge when my original one that was not even from their company broke. It did take a month and I am in LA with their Corporate office, but they sent it with an SD card as well, so I not upset with them at all.

#9 | | Junior Member | I don't believe that because you got one defective phone that every phone or the company is to blame. They should address the problem and get you a new phone if you had insurance. If you didn't have insurance I don't really feel bad for you.

#11 | | Junior Member | I personally don't know what to think of Amp'd, I was going to switch to it but no one I know has it on an actual plan they all have prepaid so it's really their own doing & with that said I would just rather stick to Cingular or now At&t
