I have had this service for about 1 month, maybe a bit longer. A few things.
1. I can't seem to get through to customer service at all. Anyone have other #'s to get through? I find it impossible to get through, I was on hold for about 1 1/2 hours, I don't know why.
2. The main question is, I have the Angel phone, and I can't send/recieve picture messages because I don't have enough space. Yet I can still download ringtones if I wish. I did buy one game (Massive Snowboarding) I believe it's called. I have my pictures saved to the mem card. I don't understand why I can't send/recieve pic messages.
Also if I download an ep of lil bush it plays but it hesitates. Stops and starts audio and video.
The phone does freeze often, Anyone heard of a firmware upgrade possibly?
My gf ordered the phone and the plan for me, and she used letstalk.com and I can't seem to get into my acct either. Any ideas? Since I can't seem to get through to cust service?
Also when watching the tv it buffers constantly even if I have a strong signal. Any reason as to why? My gf has the holloywood phone and it does the same thing.

So far the service isn't that bad for voice. I think if they fix some of the bugs this could be a really decent service.
