Minutes on ampd mobile

I bought a Razr on Ebay and got minutes, then a stupid company stole my minutes. Now I went to buy some more but the ampd mobile site doesn't work and I can't find any anywhere.

How can I get some minutes? or activate my phone--it says its not activated-possibly minutes expiration? or minutes being gone?

it is evil! They over charge and stole my money and didn't refund.
Plus they finally said I could call and make a claim. I tried to call but they gave me a phone number that didn't exist, I told them and they told me it was it..I tried it severall times over the course of two weeks to a month, still doesn't exist, so I asked them again and they haven't replied...WORSET SERVICE EVER!!

Wait, so like Net10 and Cingular minutes will work on it?

So I can go to Pinzoo and buy net 10 minutes and they'll work?

I suggest you consider Page Plus Cellular ( :: Page Plus Cellular: Nationwide Prepaid Cellular :: ) which uses the Verizon network which AMP also used. I ported my number in July. Prices seem reasonable.

Best value is the $80 1,400 minute card. You can find the card on the web but not at Page Plus. I bought mine at PrepaidOnline.com

The only negative is AMP had NO roaming. I have not found anyone else who has a similar AMP plan except TracFone. They use GSM which is incompatable with your AMP phone. TracFone only activates their own phones and they are very basic phones.

BTW, we have two cell phones, one on Page Plus (CDMA) and the other on TracFone (GSM). We get service almost anywhere on one of the phones and usually on both.
