Due to a severe increase in bandwidth in the last month we have put a small restruction on downloads that are available in the ringtones, and wallpaper forums.
You will see a new option in the store for "Attachment Download Access". It is $100
CPF$. Once this feature is purchased you will have access to download.
Winthin the next couple months a system similar to the old system will be put back in that will allow files to be 'purchased' individually.
