New Moderators Wanted. - Page 4

My thinking is a bit different. I like to keep active mod's. As Jeanie mentioned, mod's come on board, are great, and for whatever reason, become less active and then don't do anything at all.

They don't like to resign as they occasionally visit, like was mentioned.

Whether their area continues to run smoothly or not, if they aren't here to participate, check their area's and also keep up on current changes, in my opinion they need to be removed and replaced.

The one draw back is, this happens a lot. That is the price I guess you pay. Any and all forum's go through this....and I mean all. I have had the fortune (if you want to call it that) to have/still am a staff member of a lot of other forums/area's. I see this all the time.

You go into the Mod's forum's or list of active Mod's, and there's a list of 30, and only eight to 10 are actually active. In my opinion, it's time to clean house.

Please understand, these are totally my own opinion's, and are no way the opinions of CellPhone Forums, nor are they in anyway the opinion's of the CellPhone Forums Staff as a whole.

I thought I had better put that down just in case somebody thought otherwise. ( actually I am scared and am worried about the big boss's getting mad at me.....

Ummmm....well.....yes and no. I started editing my post's to get Jeanie mad at me because of something she said awhile back.

cv = application notice???.....hmmm....ok...maybe being a southern boy, I don't get a lot of the fancier abbreviations...but that one has me totally stumped.
