Provider: Verizon | | | | CPF $: 122,969,315.04 Donate | | Recently we have been experiencing high load on our server do to massive amounts of traffic.  To remedy this we have purchased a new, more powerful server, which is awesome. It will be more than able to handle the load.
Things will be transferred over within the next couple of days. (probably at night) You may experience some downtime when the switch is done and things propagate.

The new server should be able to handle about triple the traffic. It's a dual xeon 3.2 with 2 73gb SCSI drives and 2gb ram running RHE 4. It's also almost double the price of the older, current machine.
I rather not give out exact numbers, but I'll say that it's enough to need a heafty dual processor machine

I got a good deal on the xeons. I've heard good things about both.
