When you use a prepaid SIM card in ur iphone will using the internet eat up ur prepaid minutes? Also Is ur IP always the same when using the internet? or if you trun off the phone you get a new IP? if you use a new SIM card will you get a new IP?

It depends what prepaid sim card you have. Is it At&T or what? I think that you don't have an Ip adress at all when you are browsing interet through Iphone. | |||||

From my experience, most prepaid sims have a different rate charged for transfering data (includes the internet). I would check with your prepaid provider.

at&t charges $0.01/KB they have prepaid plans but they have to be renewed every 30 days Feature Packages | AT&T
