Re: Repair iPhone Screen
By fixing 2G Iphone would run you about $160 but a 3g Iphone screen roughly around $100 - due to more labor on 2g Iphone

Re: Repair iPhone Screen
Yeah, it's expensive regardless, glass replacement means the entire display needs to be replaced, the glass is more than glass, it's a touch sensitive surface that needs to be connected to the display.

Re: Repair iPhone Screen
I just got my cracked iPhone 3G Screen repaired at iPhone 3G Screen Repair for only $75. They repaired my phone and shipped it back to me the same day they got it. Very happy with my repair!

Re: Repair iPhone Screen
Those are pretty cheap fixes, and it's nice to hear that you have your phone back, and fairly cheap too, but I'm guessing it's out of warantee now since it was serviced by non-Apple folks. Probably worth the $100-125 savings though.

Thats right, I am out of apple warranty now, but i trust those guys, for the repairs they do it excellent. Go check their website and let me know if you think any other place would be better.

Re: Repair iPhone Screen
Just had this happen to me for the second time. They’re great phones, but this time it cracked when I dropped it in the grass. The first time this happened, I paid $200 at the Apple Store for a new phone. However, this time, I found a somewhat more affordable solution. If you are in the Dallas area, I would recommend CrackedPhoneScreen.com. They will replace the cracked face for $89.99 while you wait. It took the technician a few minutes and the phone is as good as new. You can even mail them your phone and they will fix it and mail it back. Their number is (214) 550-0707 and their web site is

Re: Repair iPhone Screen
I had a similar situation. Luckly I found iphone3gscreenrepair.com. They offered the same repairs for only 69.99 and they had the phone back in the mail the day they received it. On top of that, they offered a 1 year warranty on their repair. I am very satisfied!

Re: Repair iPhone Screen
I took my phone to the apple store and they tried to charge me $200 to get my screen replaced, when the phone its self was only $99 with a new 2 year contract. My phone was hit very lightly on my desk at work one of my friends recommended me to PhoneRepairDepot.com , I took it over there and they fixed in only 20 minutes with a 60 day warranty. Their in Dallas but I had one of my friends from Chicago mail it in to them and they sent it back to him in 24 hours. The best thing about it is they gave me a free car charger with the repair. I would recommended their services to everyone their number is (214)550-0404 website PhoneRepairDepot.com Iphone Repair Screen Professional Cell Phone Unlocking & Repair Services
