Just wondering how many of you love your iphone and how many regret buying it? I'm thinking of getting one but am not to sure. What does everyone think?

Well, I think it's the absolutely most amazing device I've ever seen in my entire life. Now, I'm a techie geek, and I'm not that easy to impress. I was however impressed with the videos I saw online about how the iPhone works, and wanted one back then. I just bought mine a couple of days ago, and since then have installed gobs of free apps from the app store, and I have to say that it's even more amazing now that I've had a couple of days to play with it. The accelerometer allows some killer apps to be made, for example you steer racing games by tilting the phone left or right, and there's even a level application that really works. I have several 3D applications, and they are awesome, run incredibly fast, it has google maps INCLUDING street view, I installed a virtual network computer application (and a server on my PC), and can remote desktop into my PC from anywhere. The 3G and WiFi are fast, I surf the web, I blog with the wordpress app, it has youtube, and of course it's an full video ipod, it syncs to my regular email, I have skype, AOL Radio, IheartRadio and Pandora (internet radio), TV shows from TV.com, and the latest thing that's blown me away is Google Mobile's search app that lets you simply say a website name, and it takes you to that website, or you can say 'McDonalds' or 'Starbucks' or any major restaurant name and it will locate the nearest one on the web, and, if you want, it'll bring up google maps and show you a map, (drawn map or satellite view or hybrid) with a route to that location. I'm a big fan of Second Life, and with the virtual network computer, I can even VNC into my desktop and run the Second Life client remotely and be in Second Life with the full client app right there on my iPhone. Have I said enough yet, because that's only part of all the amazing things it does. It is BY FAR the absolute best phone ever made. Oh, and it makes phone calls too. But not only that, using Fring you can make VoIP calls too saving your plan minutes. Pile on top of all that the coolest, easiest most intuitive interface ever created for a mobile device, and that's about what it's like owning an iPhone. Stop reading now, and go get it, I guarentee that you'll be statisfied with it.

Dear kweenkylie, iphone is maybe one of the coolest device but even then for some reasons there are many people who hates iphones.

Im not a iphone lover nor a hater & thats because I dont have a iphone. I used iphone only for two weeks, I borrowed it from a frnd because my phone was out of order. Anyways I didn't notice anything that grand in it, its just the music quality of the phone is the best except that everything else in it is just like any other regular touch screen phone. Oh! another one good thing about iphone is that, it never gets virus effected & thats because of the operating system.

Now getting back to the reasons why some people hate iphone, lemme tell u, people hate iphone because some very ordinary features which all modern cell phones have are missing from it. The phone doesn't have a video recorder, can u believe it? Now let me tell u this, u spend almost $650.00 for a phone & it doesn't have a blue tooth in it for data transfer, how does that sound?
Fortunately iphone has a camera in it, but its only 2MP, day time pictures are amazing in it but if you look at its night time pictures then you'll just want to kill yourself for buying it.

No offense meant to iphone users, I just wanted to share my feeling with you guys about iphone. I hope im not going to be misunderstood. THANKS

Honestly the only thing that really irritates me about my iphone is how gross the screen gets if I play around with it too much. Blech, but as far as the OS goes I like it a lot, very smooth and quick.

Heh, yeah, me too.. seems like any cell phone, even non touch screen phones have a tendency to pick up oils from your skin quickly. I'm regularly cleaning off the screen on my phone, especially now that I have an iPhone and I'm constantly tapping on it. The best you can do is clean it off with a soft clean cloth. I dampen it with a bit of water, and that's about it. I've also seen some cleaners specifically for touch screen phones, but the instructions on my iPhone said not to use anything but a bit of water.

I have no idea why everyone is so much crazy for iphone, is because of its music quality? or is it because of it resolution?
I believe iphone is good only for its mind blowing resolution & crystal clear sound quality. I loved using iphone for couple of days only for its resolution & music quality. Oh! lemme not forget to this, I watched the entire series of pirates of the Caribbean in the phone, it was a very different experience for me, I really loved it.

Regardless to everything, this phone is actually not for me, this phone is really good for fun and amusement, I basically need a phone for my business & work.

Guys what u think about the HD? Is this phone good for office? I heard this phone is really good for its office programs.

People like the iPhone because of all the inovative features it has such as an accelerometer, and proximity sensors, as well as it's inovative touch screen interface, and the software behind that interface, that makes it such a pleasure to operate. Personally, I feel it is good for both entertainment and business. Sure, it's lacking a few things here and there, but overall, I believe it's the best smart phone on the market.
