Apple apparently has a screen that is coated with an oleophobic coating that "has or having the lack of strong affinity for oils" according to MacDailyNews. If your iPhone has this oleophobic coating, then all you would have to do is take a lint free cloth and remove the oils left by your face and hands. Make sure that you unplug your iPhone, cables and any other cords and turn your iphone off when cleaning.
