Please Help!!!! Waterproof iPhone 3GS Case?

Please have pitty on a Noob and help me find the cellphone case I am looking for. I am out in the elements all the time, my job as an environmentalist, and my hobbies all take me outdoors. I need an iPhone 3GS case that is waterproof and functional. What are your suggestions? Otter-Box was my first choice, but they don't make a waterproof version for the 3Gs. Please give me some suggestions to save my phone! Last week, I had a mishap on a boat where I fell overboard. My first-gen IPhone was in my pocket and it is now ruined. I don't want my new Iphone to suffer a similar fate.

I should have been more specific. I am looking for a hard plastic waterproof case. Not one of the waterproof bags. I want the phone to still be functional too.

Yes there is a case for that. Lol, it is called the Otterbox defender case. You can find the case at AT&T or Amazon.com, they run about $45.00 and up.
