Apple has filed a new complaint regarding patent-infringement against Nokia, which is to block U.S. imports of Nokia's handsets.

"Nokia says that they will review and look into the complaint when it is received and continue to defend itself vigorously," said a Nokia spokesman. Nokia also goes on to say that "Appl'e has failed to terms agreed upon for using Nokia technology and has been seeking a free ride on Nokia's innovation since it shipped the first iPhone in 2007."

Nokia reportedly claims that Apple did not pay for the use of its patented technologies when used by Apple back in October. The complaint was filed with U.S. International Trade Commission in regards to the wireless data, speech coding, security and encryption that Apple supposedly infringed upon which were patented. This didn't stop Apple from filing a countersuit in December when Apple claimed that Nokia infringed on 13 of its patents.
