Please advice about their service if you had your iphone repair from them.

Also will be great if someone can refer me to a reliable place to get my iphone fixed in London or via mail service

Diabolical service - zero communication and it took nearly 3 weeks to return my iPhone (and then only after me sending several emails and a recorded delivery letter demanding a status update or my phone to be returned).

When I did get the iPhone back - it was in a worse state of repair than when I sent it - I requested a replacement back cover this was done - but for an inferior quality item (not genuine Apple parts), it didn't fit the bezel, and had chrome detail and both speaker and microphone grilles missing ... it looks a mess!

I have requested a refund but guess what - no reply!! ... you can forget the "Satisfaction Guarantee" and other shallow promises provided - they are worthless as are the recommendations via the eKomi feedback mechanism - notice the folks that have issues are not given the opportunty to feedback ??

The evaluations are the only means through EKOM really effective to establish a dialogue with the online store. EKOM is a 100% independent, which bases its strength on the transparency and credibility. The valuations are not manipulated, but carefully analyzed by an editorial staff editorial. Through this feedback control are not changed, but selected in a positive, neutral or negative. In the last two cases you open a mediation process, which is a communication relationship with the shopkeeper. By the time you reach an agreement resolving the dispute, the customer has the ability to change its assessment. If instead you are unable to find a solution, both the customer and the online store have the opportunity to elect a moderator EKOM as impartial. EKOM will, after having had real evidence on both sides of the dispute, whether or not to publish the valutazione.Ovviamente both parties must be willing to communicate. The customer must actively participate in the mediation process, just as would happen in real life.
