    My friendhas a 16gb 3gs Iphone, Iasked him If he could order a replament and I would pay $400 for he's used phone. He toldmethat ATT doessomething about cancelling the iphones IMEI or serial and then later on it wont wotk or connect with Itunes.. is this true? Can I unlock hes phone and use it with any global gsm network? Or willthe phone be considered wasted, and useless??
