I have the Apple iPhone 4 from Verizon Wireless and I know Apple decided to delay the 4.3 update to the CDMA handset...for what reason? I have yet to find out.

Does anyone have any inside information about when this update will come around? I'm always anxious to see what the newer updates have in store.

I do know that the update 4.3 on Verizon handsets will have little impact. The biggest change was the mobile hotspot/tethering which Verizon required Apple to include in the CDMA 4.2.6 update.
