Apple/Mac OS is based on User experience and simplicity. I remember switching to a Apple computer 2001-2002... my first impression was, Somebody actually put some thought into a computer from a user point of view.

Why is it that everyone chases Apple, why are there massive lines (Globally) for everything they Launch, yes there's some cult following, but bottom line is... Great Product, Hundreds of thousands,Millions of people would not buy a bad product or, a NON-exciting product.

For starters, everything works off the Home Screen, there's no menus (programs) windows to search from, and NO Virus programs... even till this day i never had a virus program installed. My windows computer had about 5 Virus programs

Apple store service techs and sales people are always ready and willing to answer question, Free store workshops... and One-On-One (yearly charge) tutoring is offered which is great, you get one full hour to pick a Genius Tech's brain while using your device.

Some people are happy with their Window Devices and that's fine, what ever works for them. I will never go back to a Windows OS. JMO
