WHY A STYLUS?


Quite often – STYLUS-R-US receives emails asking which stylus we feel would be most productive for their application? When we entered this business – over the period of a week - we gave our recommendation to two different customers and in both cases – after a few days - they both returned what we’d sent - saying they loved our stylus over all others – BUT – didn’t like the particular stylus holder (pen, etc) we selected. From that – we learned a lesson: NO MORE RECOMMENDATIONS.

And actually – how would anyone know - which color – car – breakfast – or weather - a stranger would like best? Obviously – they wouldn’t – hence – we can’t recommend any particular stylus – as - when buying one – it’s your stylus – therefore – your decision. What we can do however – is this. We can recommend various stylus types – for the various aspects you apply to your touch screen device. Such as….

ACTIVE NOTE-TAKERS AND ARTIST: If you’re one who takes their pad – tablet or cell - out of the house – say to work or elsewhere for serious usage – and – or – actually use it for work to take notes or draw - you positively need one of our dozen - capped stylus. Capped - because you can carry it in your pocket – bag or case – without concern - where the cap protects the tip from anything. Even if you don’t take your device out of the house often – but DO a lot of writing and – or – drawing – the only choice for you - is a capped stylus.

AT HOME - PAD & TABLET PLAYERS: If – on the other foot – you’re one who primarily uses your device at home – in bed at night – or propped up in a easy chair - but still does a little note-taking here and there - and some doodling - in an attempted to be an artist – then you really should have one of our world famous telescoping stylus. Fellow touch-screen owner/operator? Our telescoping styli - are absolutely THE most fun; most productive; most unique – coolest accessory - you can get for your pad or tablet. No other accessory - is as fun or a pleasure to use – as our telescoping stylus.

We sell 17 telescoping stylus - to every one of the pen size – and for good reason. They are incredible! When you have them extended - anywhere from 8 to 15 inches (some go to 25”) – you can see your entire screen during use - because your hand – wrist or arm - isn’t covering it. Secondly – page sliding – icon activation – emailing – texting – typing – book reading – honestly become magical - as you lower the tip of any telescoping stylus – and with a mere super light touch – (zero pressure) you make happen – what you wanted to happen. It’s like…”ommmgggg – did that really do what I wanted it to – when I just barely touched it?” I mean – seriously: If you saw someone in-person – use one of our telescoping stylus – you would realize you just have to have one. There is no other accessory for a touch screen device – as cool as the telescoping stylus.

Icing on this cake – when you have them fully retracted – they’re around 5.5 inches long – so you can take notes - or draw - as you would with a pen. In fact – when retracted – they’re no different than a pen – only they work far easier and better than a pen or pencil - due to there being literally no drag or pressure required - as both a pen and pencil require. And if you’re one who prefers a wider or thinner pen – we have them from a quarter inch - to just over a half inch wide – to fit everyone’s needs.

Then - when you extend the telescoping stylus – the magic begins. You just kick back and super lightly dab here and there – jumping from icon to icon – character to character – number to number – activating anything touched – instantly – precisely – and better than any finger ever – ever had the chance of doing. And all – with no finger prints. That means - clean screens. Not something you’re embarrassed to show others - because it looks like you haven’t cleaned it for a month.

GAMERS & KIDS STYLUS: Because not everyone likes a light touch – but prefer tapping with pressure – or – love playing games that require dashing around the screen tapping here and there in a frantic state in order to get a higher score – we have THE GAMER stylus. This is made super heavy duty - and can take lots of hard taps (but NOT straight down like you’re using an ice pick) and will make game playing - so much more fun and faster – than using a finger.

Likewise – we have many parent customers who cherish - our stylus and though want the best for their kids – don’t want then wrecking their Stylus-R-Us stylus – which is why we created THE KIDS STYLUS. Like The Gamer – The Kids stylus is pretty much indestructible – as long as no deliberate attempts have been made. Kids can now have their own stylus - with either a light touch or a jabber – and fear nothing.

The one thing for sure is – we have 45 different stylus in varying handle sizes and lengths – some as light as three tenths of an ounce – others as heavy as 1.3 ounces – and many colors to choose from. And – hey? Doesn’t it make so much more sense - to buy from a company who cares about the customer – the company and the customer service – than a store – web site or company - that doesn’t care about anything but the $$$ - nor does it specialize in JUST stylus? A company you can’t get a hold of - if you need support? Aren’t you tired of all that rejection? We’re here 24-7. We answer emails - typically within minutes to an hour - but always within 7 hours.
