So you need to unlock your iPhone 4 to work on AT&T? Why do you need someone's account? You should purchase your own AT&T sim.

He is probably not explaining himself properly. Maybe he needs some idea on how to unlock his phone that is currently on AT&T and is looking for someone with the same type to help him? (Or i could be over analyzing it)
