    i got a iPhone 5 which got block by my network provider and i was wondering if i can unblock it and unlock it to other sim.

    the next question is why your provider blocked your phone? if the sim was blocked then you can easily unblock it using another sim.

    Well cut long story to short my network provider charge me huge bil for premium numbers which I was t aware and now they block my sim and phone
