my computer use broadband connection and my iphone use 3G network, now i want transfer some text files from my computer to my iphone,but mostly software only work when the computer and iphone in the same network. what should i do ? why can not transfer directly by usb cable?

You should be able to transfer data from your computer to your iPhone using the USB cable regardless of the Internet connection. I'm not sure what it isn't working.
You can also connect your iPhone to your WiFi network if you want them to be on the same network.

YOu should also have the option of saving files to iCloud. On the Mac, anyway, you can now save files to iCloud, and these files are accessible across all Apple devices. I don't think there is any restriction on file format.
