Call Blocking
Blocking Calls From a Specific Number:
- While viewing the home screen, press the "Phone" icon
- Tap "Contacts" or "Recents"
- Select the number or contact that you wish to block
- Scroll down at the bottom of the screen and tap "Block Contact"
Unblocking a Number:
- From the home screen, tap the "Settings" icon
- Tap "Phone" > "Blocked" > "Edit"
- Press the red "-" icon associated with the number or contact that you wish to unblock
- Tap "Unblock" to confirm
Call Forwarding
Forwarding All Calls (Unconditional):
- While viewing the home screen, tap the "Settings" icon
- Tap "Phone" and select "Call Forwarding"
- Tap the wide slider to turn it green, then tap "Forward to"
- Type in the phone number that you wish to forward calls to (or use your own number to send incoming phone calls to your voicemail)
- Tap "Call Forwarding"
Canceling Call Forwarding:
- While viewing the home screen, tap "Settings"
- Tap "Phone"
- Select "Call Forwarding"
- Press the green slider to turn it white and cancel call forwarding
Call Log Management
Viewing the Call Log:
- From the home screen, tap the "Phone" icon
- Press "Recent"
- Tap "All" and view the call log
Resetting the Call Log:
- While viewing the home screen, tap the "Phone" icon
- Press "Recent"
- Tap "All" and then tap "Edit"
- Perform one of the following steps:
- Tap the "-" sign to delete call logs individually
- Tap "Clear" and then "Clear All Recents" to delete the entire call log
