I have an iPhone 4S 32 GB, upgraded(?) to iOS 7. I generally keep about 1.5 GB free memory on the device.

Recently, it has mysteriously lost the last two months of content from the Notes app. Just gone, for no apparent reason at all. This happened about a week ago, and happened again today. The missing content does not reappear following a restore via iTunes. I've lost some fairly important date to this glitch, and I REALLY have to do something about it.

All that being said, I have two questions:

(1) Does anybody know why this is happening, and/or how to fix it?

(2) Has anybody got a recommendation for a good replacement app?

All serious answers appreciated.
