Enable DND (Do Not Disturb) via Settings:
- Go to the phone’s “Settings” menu
- Tap “Do Not Disturb”
- You can manually enable / disable DND by enabling the “Manual” feature
- To schedule a time for when DND enables automatically, you can enable “Scheduled”
- To enable DND but allow certain calls, tap “Allow Calls From” and select a group, like “favorites”
- You can enable “Repeated Calls” to allow repeat callers to connect the phone call. NOTE: The repeat call must take place within the first 3 minutes of the original call in order for it to ring through
Enable DND Via Control Center:
- From the lock / home screen, swipe up from the bottom of the display to bring up the Control Center
- Tap the icon depicting the moon to enable / disable Do Not Disturb
Block a Number / Contact:
- Tap “Phone” on the home screen
- Access “Recents” or “Contacts”
- Tap the contact / number you want to block
- Scroll to the bottom and tap “Block this Caller”
- Tap “Block Contact”
Unblock a Number / Contact:
- Go to “Settings”
- Tap “Phone” > “Blocked”
- Tap “Edit”
- Tap the red “-“ button associated with the phone number you want to unblock
- Tap “Unblock” to confirm
Block Messages:
- Tap “Messages” on the home screen
- Tap the text message exchanged between yourself and the number you want to block
- Tap “Details” (upper-right corner)
- Tap the “i” (information) button
- Tap “Block this Caller” > “Block Contact”
Block Messages via Settings:
- Access the “Settings” menu
- Tap “Messages”
- Tap “Blocked” > “Add new…”
- Select the contact you want to block
Unblock Messages:
- Launch “Messages”
- Tap the desired text message / thread
- Tap “Details” in the upper-right corner
- Tap the “information” icon and select “Unblock this Caller”
Unblock Messages via Settings:
- Access “Settings” and tap “Messages”
- Tap “Blocked” > “Edit”
- Tap the red “-“ icon associated with the number you want to unblock
- Tap “Unblock”
Forward Calls:
- Go to “Settings”
- Tap “Phone” > “Call Forwarding”
- Tap the slider to enable forwarding
- Tap “Forward to” and enter a phone number to forward calls to
- Tap “Call Forwarding”
Disable Call Forwarding:
- Access “Settings”
- Tap “Phone”
- Tap “Call forwarding”
- Tap the slider to disable call forwarding
