How to block a number (automated telemarketer)

I've searched but I can not find any help with this. I get at least 2 calls a day from the same number. I answer, a man's voice says "hello?", then an automated system takes over and tells me I have a credit card waiting for me and I just have to key in a bunch of info. I never get to talk to a person. Any help?

Do not call list, run by the federal government.

Nope. They do not comply with the list. They called me twice today, from the same number.
