    I've added a new number to my ATT Family Talk plan and callers from out of state are receiving a message that the number can not be completed as dialed. They are dialing 1+area code and some are ATT customers, some are Alltell customers. The callers will try several times to dial the new number and when it will not go through they dial one of the other existing numbers and get through and the phones are side by side. I've talked with ATT 4 times, gone to the store 1 time, bought a new phone and new sim card, and the issue has not been resolved. Any suggestions????
