My phone was just stolen a few days ago and i had it suspended. if i still have my old phone and sim card, can i reactivate it so i can use it? both phones are cingular/at&T

For sure use a new card and all..I have another phone i used for awhile it does not work where i am i use to get new phones all the time and they cost alot 200 and more so i need to find a new phone company the one i have now does not work on the out skirts of where i am unless i go outside my home go figure..One day i will win the bars on my phones if not i will throw it out the window...
