Help With New Phone Configuration

I just purchased a phone from lightinthebox.com the model is Quad Band Cell Phone PDA Dual Sim Dual Standby A6.. and i am having issues getting it to work with mu sim cards it does not automatically connect to the att / cingular network i have to manually do it and i do not know what network and code i need to do this and att will not help me and lightinthebox is not returning my calls or emails does anyone know what i need to do or have any ideas for me. please help. email is... d22bryant@msn.com
