Military Discounts

I know AT&T offers a 19% discount on monthly service plans, but I was told that AT&T offers a military discount on the retail prices of phones. I am not eligible for upgrade and am trying to get the blackberry pearl that is why I am inquiring about this other discount. Anyone with information I would appreciate it...

Also, does anyone know if there are any websites I can go to where I can purchase a brand new (or refurbished) blackberry at a discounted price (military discount) so I can just pop my SIM card into
