ok when having the 200 text message plan. i always went over a little. maybe $10 - $15 a month... which i can live with.

a couple months ago somehow it was $300 over... yes, it was a $410 bill. they told me it was messaging overages. they said they see a pattern of it in my messaging... a pattern?? from $15 all the way up to $300?!?!? how in any kind of logic is that a pattern??

they did the same thing to me about a year ago. after about an hour of arguing and another hour waiting on the phone they finally dropped the charges.

another thing i dont understand is why, when looking at my bill, every other message i am being charged for 2 - 3 times. and why if someone with a metro service cellphone i get multiple duplicates of their message, and they get dups of mine... am i being charged for all the duplicates?? i think i am...

anyone else deal with crap like this? or am i just lucky?
