Which Basic Phone with Camera and Micro SD Access?

My Stepson currently uses an LGCU400. It is plenty phone, EXCEPT for no expandable memory. Which basic phone on AT&T would have a decent camera AND expansion via micro SD, along with ability to plug right into PC and yank pics off the card?

I have the CU515. I save photos to the micro sd and get the photos off of there with a card reader.
