GO Phone Service Disconnect

This is the second time since AT&T acquired Cingular that my service has been disconnected for no reason.

With monthly auto-pay and more than and more than $400 applied to my account, they simply disconnect the service and on the w/e no less when they have no support services available. When I call, they can't explain it and it takes 2 or more days beyond that to restore my service so they can get approval to reapply such a large amount back to my account (as they put it).

Good thing I'm not in a situation where I desperately need to depend on my service. I thought this company was supposed to be one of the best!

Has anyone else experienced this and/or have any idea why it's happening?

After another hour's time on the phone with customer support, they again have informed me that they have no idea why this is happening but quite politely enough restored service and monies to my account.

Just another annoying situation to deal with I suppose...
