I am a little overwhelmed with my search so I though I would check with others who may have already done this.

I am looking specifically for a phone that I can listen to any wma or mp3 streaming radio station and then using a FM transmitter to broadcast it so I can listen in any car.

So far I have discovered ptunes software so I am leaning towards a Windows device such as a Blackjack II.

GPS is a plus.

Please, I would love some ideas and recommended hardware. Thanks.
