    Hi all,

The screen finally kicked the bucket on my phone, along with the speakers so I can no longer hear or see to make calls. I'd like to set up the call forwarding to forward to another phone that I have until I get my new phone in.

If you have one of these phones can you please give me the exact step by step key instructions to put all voice calls on always forward?? Does anyone know if this will work? TIA!

Contact CS they can set it up in there Computer for all your voice call to automatically forward to another line.

Now if you have an extra line you can always activate it on your line until your new one comes in. There is no limit on how many phones that you can activate on a certain line. Just call CS and add your IMEI to the line. Then when the new one gets there call them and have it changed to the new one.

Campbell, thanks for the input! I hadn't thought of that. I called customer service, and the rep did not know of any way that they could forward my calls; they said I would have to take my sim card and place it into another phone and set up the call forwarding on the sim card that way. I don't understand why they can't do this, but who knows.

My sim card isn't compatible with my husband's phone either (mine is 3G card his is marked 64k) or I would try what the rep said with his phone. It just says insert sim card.

They did turn off my text messaging though so I am not paying for things that I can't read!

Well I am a rep myself for ATT, If they Rep you spoke to was worth anything They would have had you setup with the call forwarding already, there is a program we use for all call forwarding/voicemail, To bad you didnt get me. I would have gotten you set up in like 4 minutes.
